1. What is the event deadline to register?

   • November 7, 2025.  No registration available after this date.

2. What does my ticket include?

   • Welcome Reception on Friday evening, Saturday hot breakfast, lunch, all-day coffee, free parking, key-note address, and Policy/Constitution discussions and voting.  PLEASE NOTE:  Registration does not include accommodations.

3. Where can I stay?

   • Red Deer Resort & Casino with special rates. $129 + tax and fees ($143.42 Total Cost) - Deluxe Room with Two Queen Beds.  You are welcome to stay at other hotels but rooms are only being held at this hotel for the event and it is the only hotel offering a special rate for our group.  

4. Where is the venue?

   • The Friday Night Reception - Location to be determined.

   • The Saturday Congress Event will be held at the Harvest Centre at the Westerner Park.

5. Will event materials be available?

To help reduce paper use and costs, all documents will be available digitally this year.
Paid participants will be able to access the documents and proposals through the Documents and Proposals page on this website.  Your registration confirmation email will contain a password which will give you access after your payment is confirmed.  Feel free to print copies at home prior to the meeting if you prefer.  

For those who prefer physical copies at the event, a limited number of printed documents will also be available.

6. Is there a virtual attendance option?

   • No, virtual attendance is not an option.

PLEASE NOTE:  No video recordings or pictures are permitted during the formal part of the Congress.
